AI Video Ad Production for Brands

Ad spots generated with AI — no film shoot, no crew, no actors. Several versions to test for the price of one traditional production.

City chase — 15 s, 16:9. Zero shooting days.
Canyon — 15 s, 16:9. Helicopter, explosions, golden hour.
PixiFixi — one selfie, 7 photo shoots
PixiFixi — virtual fitting room
IzbaViz — wabi-sabi sauna, before and after
IzbaViz — Mediterranean living room, before and after

An AI video ad is a spot where the picture, camera movement, light and sound are generated by an AI model rather than shot by a crew. A single social spot starts at $450, three A/B test variants at $950, and finished files usually arrive within 3–5 business days. Every film on this page — including the city chase and the canyon — was made this way, without a single shooting day.

Where this comes from

For the last few years I have been building and running my own AI apps: PixiFixi, OgroVision, IzbaViz and Lovelio. Each of them needs advertising, and a traditional spot for each would have been impossible to justify. So I started making AI ads for myself. The product films on this page are exactly those ads.

I made the city chase and the canyon to show where the limit sits today. Explosions, a helicopter, rain, slow motion — a year ago that required a film budget. Today it takes a well-written shot list and patience in picking the best takes.

What you actually get

I do not sell "a generated clip". A clip is raw material. A finished ad is:

  • a shot-by-shot script that you approve before anything is generated,
  • several takes of every scene, from which I keep the best — models sometimes lose a hand, garble text or break physics, and you never see those versions,
  • an edit: logo, tagline, captions, music, an end card with a call to action,
  • formats: 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Stories, 1:1 for feeds, 16:9 for YouTube and your website.

Where it works best

AI ads win where emotion, motion and mood matter more than millimeter-perfect product accuracy:

  • services and apps where you sell an outcome — a room, a garden, a photo, a feeling transformed,
  • campaigns that need many variants to test, because you do not yet know which idea will land,
  • brands that cannot afford traditional production but want to look like the ones that can,
  • scenes that are impossible or absurdly expensive to shoot: a chase, an explosion, a flight over a city, seasons changing in seconds.

When I will tell you it is a bad idea

  • The product must be exact — a specific label, packaging shape, logo on the item. The model will not reproduce it. Then I combine AI with a real product photo, or advise against it.
  • A specific real person has to appear — you, your team, a brand ambassador. Generating the likeness of real people is off the table.
  • The ad relies on long on-screen dialogue. Lip-synced speech is still the weakest part of video models, so dialogue-heavy concepts are better shot or voiced over.

Better to hear that on the first call than after paying for a spot that will not meet expectations.

Free AI ad generator or a produced spot?

Search for "AI video ads" and the first results are free generators: Creatify, InVideo, HeyGen, Zeely and similar. For a simple talking-avatar clip or a slideshow of product photos they are fine — and if that is all you need, do not pay anyone for it.

The difference starts with an ad that has to stop a thumb in the feed. Generators run on templates, so their output looks like thousands of other ads. The films on this page were made with models such as Seedance and Kling, driven by a shot-by-shot script, with the best of several takes kept and an edit at the end. It is the same difference as between a website template and a site designed for your business: the tools are available to everyone, what matters is who uses them and how.

Why test several versions

A traditional spot costs so much that you make one and hope. With AI the math changes: for the price of one production you get three different ideas — say an emotional version, a before-and-after version and an action version — and run them side by side. After a few days the data shows which spot has the lowest cost per acquisition, and you move the budget there. That is why the A/B test pack is the option I recommend most often.

Working with a studio in Europe

I am a one-person studio in Poland. You talk to the person who writes the script and makes the spot, not an account manager. Rates are lower than US and UK agencies because there is no agency layer to pay for, not because less work goes in. Communication runs over email and video calls, and I work under EU data protection rules (GDPR) by default.

If the ads are meant to bring in leads that then need handling, have a look at AI automation — chatbots and lead handling are the other half of the same picture.

Why AI video ads make sense

A fraction of a traditional spot

A professionally produced ad typically starts in the thousands of dollars. An AI social spot starts at $450.

Several versions instead of one

Instead of one spot that has to do everything, you get three genuinely different versions and let your campaign data pick the winner.

Days, not weeks

No casting, no locations, no weather. From first call to finished files usually takes 3–5 business days.

How an ad gets made

  1. 01

    Call and goal

What you sell, to whom, and where the spot will run. That decides length, format and pace.

  2. 02

    Shot-by-shot script

I write the spot second by second: framing, camera moves, light, sound. You approve it before anything is generated.

  3. 03

    Generate and select

I generate several takes of every shot and keep the best. The broken takes never reach you.

  4. 04

    Edit and deliver

Logo, tagline, captions, music. You get 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 files plus a revision round.

Frequently asked questions

AI video ads are commercials where the footage — scenes, people, camera movement, light and sound — is generated by an AI video model instead of being filmed. A finished ad still needs a script, selection of the best takes and an edit with logo, captions and music; the generation replaces the shoot, not the craft.

They work like any other ad: the idea, the first two seconds and the fit with the audience decide the result, not whether a camera or a model made the picture. The real advantage of AI is volume — for the price of one traditional production you can test several genuinely different concepts and keep the one with the lowest cost per acquisition. That is why I most often recommend the three-variant pack.

Yes, using AI-generated footage in advertising is legal, with the same limits as any ad plus a few specific ones: no likeness of real people without consent, no other brands' trademarks, and disclosure where platforms or the EU AI Act require it. This is general guidance, not legal advice — for regulated industries check with your counsel.

A single 10–15 second social spot starts at $450, a pack of three A/B test variants at $950, and a campaign spot of up to 30 seconds at $1,600. Freelance AI video creators in the US and UK commonly quote $1,500–6,000 for a finished professional asset; a traditionally shot spot usually runs well beyond that.

It depends on how exact the product has to be. AI is excellent at scenes, emotion, motion and mood, but it will not reproduce your bottle and label down to the millimeter. In those spots AI builds the world around the product, and the product itself comes in from a real photo or as an end card. I will tell you honestly on the first call.

Yes. I add the voiceover in the edit rather than generating it with the picture, which gives much better control over the script and pronunciation. Captions and taglines are also added in the edit, because text generated inside the frame is often garbled.

A single spot usually takes 3–5 business days from script approval. Most of the time goes into the script and choosing the best takes, not into the generation itself. I am based in Poland (CET), so a brief sent in the evening US time is often worked on by your morning.

Ad platforms such as Meta and YouTube require disclosure of realistic AI-generated content in certain cases, and the EU AI Act adds transparency obligations. When I deliver the files, I tell you whether and how a given spot should be labeled.
